We want to see people growing together in God by spending time together, worshipping together, studying God’s word together, working through life issues together, praying together and having fun together. We have several weekly groups that meet on a mid-week evening at the homes of members of the church. We believe home groups are a hugely important part of church life and therefore encourage all of our members to get involved with a group.
Acts 2:42 tells us that the early church “... devoted themselves to the apostles' teaching and to the fellowship, to the breaking of bread and to prayer.”
T412 is our young people's group who meet every Sunday evening, 6:30pm to 8:00pm, during term time (for school years 7 to 13), and also every other Sunday morning during the sermon (for school years 7 to 11).
Our youth group is led by a fantastic team of DBS-checked leaders and helpers who are passionate about supporting young people and helping them grow deeper in their faith in Jesus. Each Sunday evening includes plenty of fun with snacks and tuck, table tennis, pool, games, and engaging youth activities, alongside a 20-minute Bible study. Entry is 50p. The name is based on the bible verse 1 Timothy 4:12 "Don’t let anyone look down on you because you are young, but set an example for the believers in speech, in conduct, in love, in faith and in purity."
